How platform fees work
CIRCUIT takes a fee on ticket sales and on-platform booking payments. No monthly charges on revenue — just a transparent cut when money moves.
Platform fee on ticket revenue. Disclosed at checkout — fans never see a hidden charge.
Reduced platform fee for Pro promoters. The more you grow, the less you pay proportionally.
Standard Stripe fee for European cards, charged separately by Stripe. Not a CIRCUIT charge.
The same 5% (Free) / 3% (Pro) rate applies to on-platform booking payments settled through escrow. Standalone invoices are not subject to platform fees.
