How fees work
On ticket sales you keep 100% of face value. The booking fee is paid by the fan at checkout, the way it works on every major UK ticketing site.
Price a ticket at £12 and £12 reaches your account. Nothing is deducted from ticket revenue on either plan.
Itemised at checkout, never hidden in the ticket price. About 99p on a £11.56 ticket, and less than Eventbrite or Skiddle charge.
Artist fees settled through escrow carry 12% on Free or 8% on Pro, deducted before funds are released.
Paid by the promoter on top of the deposit or hire fee. The venue receives its money in full, on either plan.
Card processing is included in the fan booking fee, so there is no separate Stripe charge on ticket sales. Standalone invoices are not subject to platform fees.
